YWN EXCLUSIVE: New Hit Song by Abie Rotenberg for Project EZRAH

December 11, 2008

pe.jpg(“MUST-HEAR” AUDIO LINK AT END OF ARTICLE) 10:00AM EST: This Motzei Shabbos will be the annual dinner benefiting the organization known as Project EZRAH.  Project EZRAH, especially in these times, would like to do whatever it can to inspire each and everyone of us to be there for each other. They commissioned the attached song which they would like to share with klal Yisrael.

The song was composed by Abi Rotenberg, featuring Abie Rotenberg, Lipa Schmeltzer, Rivie Schwebel, Srully Wulliger and introducing the newest and youngest edition to the Schwebel music family, Avrohmi Schwebel.

This magnificent song was arranged by Yisroel Lamm, and produced by Sheya Mendlowitz.
The song was first released this morning on the Nachum Segal Radio Show, and now on the Internet via Yeshiva World News for the first time.

If you would like to find out more about this wonderful organization, please visit their website, www.ezrah.org.

  1. Sitting in the Ft. Lauderdale airport after a heart renching visit with my elderly father, I opened up Yeshiva World News on my laptop to see what is new – and little did I expect it would be another heart moving song from Abie Rotenberg. What can I say – I listened to the song as tears and all the pent up emotion of the last few days flowed out of me with the words and melody of this haunting song.
May every Jew listen to this nigun and be moved to leave his own daled amus to reach out to every Jew in love.

  3. Yossi Stern from Project Ezrah is an unbelievable person. It is an inspiration to see someone give of himself so totally for the klal. While now it is becoming common to look at financial stability, he has been doing this single handedly for years already. Whoever can support the work of Project Ezrah should know that they are supporting something very special and their support is very much appreciated.

  12. Wow Once again Abie at his best. Can YW or any one post a way or a link that would enable me to download this amazing song to my computer?
I have been listening to this song repeatedly since the first time I heard it.
We have not heard this good a song in a while.
Even the new song by Yossi Green (Shir Hashluchim) which he made for Chabad does not come close (in my opinion)
If someone can post a way that I can download it I would greatly appreciate it.

  13. This song is beautiful.

Welcome back Yisroel Lamm I missed you!

ES WHY. In my humble opinion The arrangements of Yisroel Lamm add so much to the song and that is why you like it so much.

The new kids (while good in their own right)cannot come close to Yisroel Lamm.

    Just my opinion
