Tisha B’Av is a time to mourn the destruction of the Beis Hamikdosh, but it is also a time to focus on rebuilding it. For the fifth year in a row, over 50,000 people in frum communities across North America and around the world will come together this Tisha B’Av to watch Project Inspire’s inspirational video, entitled “Journey to Jerusalem.” The film tells the story of “regular” Jews like you and me who are helping to rebuild the Beis Hamidkosh – sometimes without even knowing it. Together, viewers over 300 locations worldwide will embark on a journey to discover incredible stories of transformation and teshuva from individuals who returned to Yiddishkeit, sometimes after a single positive interaction with a frum person.

This film includes rare footage of Rav Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg zt”l and Rav Shlomo Wolbe zt”l that is both inspirational and convincing. The opening clip is of Rav Wolbe, who speaks about the mitzvah of the generation and what would bring mashiach. By heeding the words of Rav Wolbe zt”l, we can all help to place another brick in the Beis Hamikdosh, one Jew at a time. May we all merit seeing it completed, speedily and in our days

Just wanted to let people know that there is a minimum $10 donation fee to watch the video online. I went to the site and filled in my information expecting to be put on a page with the video only to find out that the only way I can watch the video online is if I give them money first using paypal. There should be mention of this in the article above.

If the videos message is so important, they shouldn’t be charging.

It costs a lot of money to put these videos together. Chofetz chaim heritage also charges and I believe they charge more than $10.

Hakaras Hatov is such an important middah.

Of course there should be a cost and notification also #1.
There are expenses involved in producing, distributing and airing a video.

“lf it is so important they should not be charging” Dear Apikorsos, the things that are important are the things we pay for, tuition, kosher food, sefarim…

I also agree that it should be mentioned that it costs $10 to watch it ahead of time. It seems that YWN probably gets a kickback from referrals or just made a mistake here.
