The Amshinover Rebbe Shlita called upon the tzibur to be mispallel on his behalf. He underwent surgery to remove a malignant tumor in Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Yerushalayim on Wednesday morning.
One prominent chossid quoted anonymously by Chadrei Chareidim explained the Rebbe called upon all his chassidim to daven on his behalf. Many chassidim are planning to daven for the Rebbe on Wednesday (Sept. 14) night at the Kosel.
In addition, Tehillim are being recited for the Rebbe in the Amshinover Beis Medrash in Zichron Moshe. Chassidim also gathered to daven in Beis Medrash Hadras Menachem in Betar Illit during the surgery on Wednesday morning.
The tzibur is requested to daven for HaAdmor Rav Yaakov Aryeh Yishaiya [Milkovsky] ben Chaya Nechama.
