Lamed Vov Tzaddik: I believe the Admu”r actually reveals his ignorance to the world when he called the President of the United States an “Arab”. Arab is an ethnicity, not a religion. There are Christian Arabs, and there are White Muslims.

Also, why should it be of any surprise when ANYONE knows what’s happening in the world?

It’s written in seforim that b4 Moshiach will come HASHEM will stretch out a string (of emuna) and everyone will hold onto it however HASHEM will shake it very hard some of us will lose our emuna and won’t survive. While we have to listen to gedolim, I caution those who would think that being destroyed will be the final sign of mashiach coming. It did not work with the nazis. Now we have a power to stand up to these killers. We cannot simply say what hashem has planned we let him do. If not for the fact that there were those who fought aginst the nazis, we probably all would have been killed.

#10, I assume you’re being sarcastic. In reality, Obama is not “Arab” (he’s half Kenyan, half white. Kenyans aren’t Arab.) Also, I don’t see how insulting a world leader is helpful for us, and I don’t see why some of what the Rebbe said about Shimon Peres isn’t lashon hara.

I think the unswer is preety obvious, it is a mitzva to live in Eretz Isroel, if you can, regardless of what the goverment is. And now, it is as easy as ever, not perfect, but easy or at least easier and very possible. Plus, Yiden living in Eretz Isroel have a special protection over those living in other lands. Plus, the Torah center is no longer in New York but in Eretz Isroel.

To YonasonW: Alaway you are right, bad predictions and proficies do not have to come true because Hesed of Hashem is without bounds, plus we can always do some chuva and improve, at least a liitle bit to overt the calamity.
