On Sunday, July 13, 2014, at approximately 4:13 PM, State Police and Village of Monticello Police executed a search warrant at an apartment at 43 High Street in Monticello. A small quantity of both crack and powder cocaine was recovered inside the residence. KATHY REYNOLDS, age 44, the tenant at the location, was arrested by State Police and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Village of Monticello Court on August 1st.
