Shortly after thunderstorms tore through Sullivan County on Sunday afternoon, a father took his child in a stroller out for a walk in Sunshine Estates in the town of Thomsonville. Suddenly, without warning, a limb of a tree crashed to the pavement below, missing the father and his child by inches.
