The city should be citing Brookfield with violations for lewd conduct, public urination and defecation, noise pollution and all other violations that apply. It is up to Zucotti to end what he started. If he has to bring in private security to do so, that is his problem. If he needs the help of the NYPD he should request it. But until he ends this, he should be ticketed every single day on multiple counts.
