Obama had a congress that was dedicated to oppose him at every attempt to lead. The Republicans succeeded to ruin his presidency just as they did with Clinton ( ie Monica). Politics in the USA has one goal, power at any cost. The needs of the people are secondary. Little wonder that congress has such a low rating by Americans.
