The first amendment protects her right to say this. It is not a threat; she didn't say she will kill him, but only that she would like to. That is protected speech, as the Supreme Court has ruled many times. It is worrying that someone would say something like this, but it's even more worrying that the Secret Service would give her a hard time for it.
