A special hachnasas Sefer Torah was held on Tuesday 24 Kislev 5775 in the IDF Palmachim Air Force Base.

A Sefer Torah was dedicated in memory of Yaakov Naftali Frenkel HY”D, Eyal Yifrach HY”D, and Gilad Shaar HY”D, the three kedoshim murdered in Gush Etzion prior to Operation Protective Edge.

The Sefer Torah was also in memory of Daniel Turgeman HY”D, 4, killed when a mortar shell hit his Kibbutz Nachal Ohz home in the summer of 2014. The person who donated the Sefer Torah wishes to remain anonymous.

The families were present along with members of the IDF Rabbinate and IDF commanders. יהי זכרם ברוך
