Guess what? The cost to fix a water main leak will triple if the guys have to do a better job. Well maybe its still worth it, because we’ll be off the see-saw.

dont know why this is on yw, but if it is, the city should fix it right!

ditto con edison and bugas co (or whatever they’re called now) and the phone co. (the cable co doesnt do this)
