I am surprised how young he is to pull off such an ordeal! If he is 28 now, then he was 22 when he did this passport thing. That is pretty young!

I dona’t think that he did anything particularly wicked. Could be that his wife who had a proper giyures wanted to marry a Jew, and he didn’t want to tell her that he wasn’t. we may never know.
