It’s interesting that a young woman becoming a police officer generates so much outrage. If the frum community would only become as incensed about the many instances of tax-fraud, corrupt business practices, and other criminal activity among its members, maybe there wouldn’t be a need for a yiddish-speaking police officer to begin with.
