I don’t know about “a Canadian Governor” going to the U.S.
But I know that Sarah and the whole Palin family left Alaska and went to Canada for their medical care.

And there are busloads of people leaving Vermont and other New England states weekly to fill their prescriptions in Canada. Much cheaper there.

BTW: There a “Governor General” in Canada and “Lieutenant Governors” in the Provinces and Territories. A story about “a Canadian Governor” seems bogus.

If someone is jobless and assetless they easily qualify for Medicaid regardless of Obamacare. The down and out aren’t really affected, though they may have a harder time finding a doctor to accept Medicaid under the Obamacare “reforms.”

Ones who are able to find work but not for a major employer are winners since they will find individual insurance more affordable, especially if they are seriously ill already. If they are healthy, they probably would be better off paying bills out of pockets rather than paying more in premiums.

Just wait for them to try to keep their doctors as more and more MD’s are dropping out of Obamacare. Nearly 7 in 10 doctors in California have opted out of the program. So add millions to the healthcare roll and fewer doctors and what do you get? European healthcare. Wow! So exciting.
