The surface of these playground areas are not suitable, especially for children, if on a hot, summer day of 90 degrees or so children will be burned or injured.

I dont suppose those who have a problem with this are pure libertarians or anarchists. Seat belt laws? Speed limits? Food expiration dates? Toy health hazards? Amusement ride age and height recommendations? Everything is black and white; each individual is on their own?
