Aside from main points here, it certainly isn’t fair for the Israeli insurance system to get away with non-payment of equivalent medical expenses if performed out of the country or the system as would be incurred if these were done within their network.

Also, that practice encourages a lack of competitiveness among their affiliated doctors and their techniques. It is blatantly unfair and should be challenged – maybe as a a class action.

If anyone knows of any group attempted to right this fraud, it would be good to post that info.
