Why? MTA was mismanaging it’s money with bad policies too?

The honesty! They used to fire management if they let things get to bad. Now they make it profitable. I hate to say it, but the rubber band has been stretched too far and may snap.

The NYTimes said express buses will go from $5 to $7.50. That to me is the worst of all.
