I personally was in the hospital with Davidovitch and to say he has minor injuries is lousy reporting or simple police terminology of onenot being critical near death conditions. In my opinion he was severely beaten and very lucky he was alive. His forehead was swollen the size of a soft ball, his nose split deep open and needed stitches, the top of his head had a 3 inch gash and the back of his head was closed with staples.

At the time the investigator stated they did not have much to go on but such criminals strike again and they will mess up like what happened when the other Rebbe from the Cheder was beaten. And so that is exactly what happened in this case.

If the found the computer with these individuals this may have been the link to the cases.

When I heard of the second case it was simple to connect the two based on the style of attack which was meant to severely injure or kill the victims.
