Just a personal story: An 18 wheeler was parked on the corner of the street blocking the stop sign to a busy intersection and as a result my husband went straight through the intersection and into a truck. His car was totalled and he’s lucky to be alive.

1. These traffic agents are going to “pay their own way.” The fines received from the tickets they issue will no doubt cover the costs for these agents plus bring the city additional income. This is not the case with ordinary cops.

2. Can anyone give me a reason that justifies not obeying all traffic rules and parking regulations? Don’t these come under the heading of Dina d’Malchuso Dina? If they do, then how could any Torah Jew not follow them?
