Would the Israelis take seriously if someone sued them for killing Hamas members, especially in a country that considers zionism to be a criminal activity (which is how Israel views Hamas).

All it does as make our courts look silly and overreaching. In any event, most of the world considers it to be perfectly kosher to kill enemy soldier in war time, and Wachsman was a soldier at the time, and Israel is at war with the Palestinians (as well as the Lebanese), though there is a limited cease-fire in effect, occasionally.

If this was a serious law case against Iran, it would have to be brought in an Iranian or a Palestinian court.

I hope they find Iranian assets, and a judge with the fortitude to execute on them.
