		<description><![CDATA[Carnival, rides, and free gifts galore--a mammon fest, all to encourage people to do what any idiot would want to do to protect himself from one of the most dangerous crime neighborhoods in the entire world.

In my neighborhood of Jerusalem 10-year-olds wait for buses home alone in the middle of the night and nobody thinks twice about it.  Yes, we are poor.  We can&#039;t afford bikes and treats for kids like they can in Boro Park...but...
