I love the show and have learned a lot from it, but I do have a couple of questions that I have not been able to get the answers to.
Does Governor Patterson really have the power to command the Senate to come back to work, even when their usual session is set to end for the summer? Also, is there a precedent for how things are done when there is a split in the senate or any other legislative body?
