I agree with 6 & 7 and disagree with 10.

Look at the kiruv movements who spesificly “target” police and soldiers, such as chabad and you will see a whole different attitude to them, even with their beards and black hats.

Which brings up another point, why do Aish, O.S etc only target Americans in Israel, why is only Chabad roving around the kibutzim and army bases etc to find our lost bros and sis souls?
