The judge’s order was issued because DOE made this important decision without any community input and contrary to their obligations. Such a methodology is symbolic of Klein’s operations. Klein operates for statistics rather than for learning. The closings were toward that end too — Klein wanted better stats rather than an increase in learning achievement.
