“Beis Din” is NOT an option in this case. Any Dayan that will sit on this Beis Din (if you ever find one) will be harassed by these Sikrikim. They have done so in the past.The legal system via Court is obviously the ONLY option.

This will answer all those that cry “Bais Din” – “Bais Din”. Period.

1. There should be a Beis Din to settle this.

2. This is why American law, wisely or not, prohibits defamation actions against public figures, which includes community leaders.
