The number one bus GOES TO THE KOTEL! One can assume that the passengers were going to daven there. Who stones and damages a bus headed to the KOTEL?

The buses have gone through Meah Shearim for at least thirty years, if not more. When I have been on the #1, Most of the passengers are Yeshivish!!! I am appalled that any religious Torah abiding person would try to damage a bus filled with people who are going to pour out their hearts to Hashem! And to puncture tires! The bus could have crashed into others, or a major accident could have occurred.

This is unbearable!

I do not understand why Egged provides service to this district. Please don’t give me the “you can’t punish the good majority of people” line. The hoodlums are not a few odd balls, they are a substantial number of the local residents.

When we see videos of large numbers of chareidim demonstrating in support of the sikrikim, and videos of hundreds supporting the crazies in Beit Shemesh, it becomes difficult to swallow the repeated line that it’s only a few extremists.

When these extremists operate in full view of the chareidi community with no fear of being condemned by the rest, it becomes difficult to swallow the repeated line that it’s only a few extremists.

When we repeatedly hear from everyone that the women in the bus urge any “miscreant” to go to the back, it becomes difficult to swallow the repeated line that it’s only a few extremists.

When I read so many of these comments that support the “extremists”, it becomes difficult to swallow the repeated line that it’s only a few extremists.

When we hear that the “Gedolim” agree with the aims of the extremists, but merely complain about their actions only when the secular press starts to yell, it becomes difficult to swallow the repeated line that it’s only a few extremists.

#9, That gives these people permission to act like vicious goyim? The people in the Tanach were instructed to do these things. I can assure you that Hashem has not spoken to these people and told them to do these things! This is a terrible Chillul Hashem, and we’re all going to be held responsible. This is beyond scary! As someone said, their Rebbes must speak out against these terrible acts.

We don’t realize, that Yiddiskeit was not meant to be this, “everything for Sholom”, kind of religion.

Pinchus killed Zimri ben Suli, Moishe Rabeinu had Korach killed, Moshe Rabeinu killed the M’koishesh Eitzim, The Liviyim killed people from their own family just because they believed in the Eigel instead of Moishe Rabeinu.

In Tenaach there is loads and loads of violence but we must accept it. Dovid Hamelech, hung many young children just because they were the off-springs of Shoul Hamelech.

All violence has to be condemned! too many shabav’niks on the streets.
Just for info, this dispute has nothing with kedusha or tznius, its the Meah Sha’arim people feel its dangerous for buses to squeeze thru the narrow street and put many lives in danger everytime a bus runs thru, and they know how to speed..
