It has come to our attention of a Male exposing himself to women in broad daylight. The incidents are occuring on Roder Avenue, between East 7th and East 8th street at appox 3:30PM. The description is of a light skinned male, Mid 20s, wearing a black hooded sweat jacket, thin build, 5″11. If you have been a victim please report it to 911. If such a incident happens to you please immediately call 911 and The Flatbush Shomrim.
