In all my years in Israel, the most dangerous places I have visited are Beitar Illit, Maaleh Adumim and Kiryat Sefer. Haven’t been anywhere beyond the Green Line apart from those places (except for taking a bus to Ein Gedi a couple of times).

If people decide to go to dangerous places then they should expect such things. Just don’t go there. Problem solved.
