If you think I’m kidding look around you, many houses already have water coolers or just buy bottled water. As soon as it becomes too expensive to use the running city/town/municipal water, people will just have the water delivered & take a bath in poland spring. Maybe someone will start up a water truck delivery system similar to the heating oil companies & install water tanks. BTW the city charges for sewer based on the water meter so by using bottled water in your toilet you’re getting a free flush.
