Where are those good ole water carriers when you need them??

If you think I'm kidding look around you, many houses already have water coolers or just buy bottled water. As soon as it becomes too expensive to use the running city/town/municipal water, people will just have the water delivered & take a bath in poland spring. Maybe someone will start up a water truck delivery system similar to the heating oil companies & install water tanks. BTW the city charges for sewer based on the water meter so by using bottled water in your toilet you're getting a free flush.
