If you’re being asked directions more than usual, it’s because there are more tourists in the city than ever before.

Data from tripadvisor.com shows New York is the number one tourist destination in the United States based on the quantity and quality of hotel reviews, restaurants and things to do in town, as well as the number of people searching and booking.

The website says the city offers something for every traveler, from Broadway shows to museums and some of the world’s most iconic attractions.

The city came out ahead of several destinations in Hawaii, including Maui and Oahu.

Las Vegas, Orlando, and Chicago made the top 10 as well.

Among tourist destinations worldwide, New York came in at number five.
