What’s offensive about it? Are we at war or are we not? Can you imagine anyone in 1942 objecting to “Kraut” or “Nip”?

The Va. DMV was absolutely right in refusing to issue the offensive plate. If this case is lost by the state who knows what kind of profanity will be available for display under the first amendment.

Mr Abed Ayoub, no we definately wouldn’t tolerate that on a license plate. On the other hand if you stab a jew, kidnap him, or blow him up, that is very tolerable.
