#1 – A Gadol is only suppose to give a psak in matters that they know and understand all sides. That means that very often the psak are based on partial information relayed to them buy there gabbaim/handler who sometimes have there own agenda.

#1, the Shulchon Oruch gives the psak. Any rabbi who disagrees is not a rabbi.

Who are these Rabonim? Did Harav Wosner Give such a psak? Did Rav Elyashiv give that psak? Rav Chaim Kanyevsky? Rav Shteinman?
NONE!!
“Majority of Rabonim”. The true Gedolim do not give this psak because they never intended to run this state because if it were up to their predecessors we never would have any conflict over land in the first place. These speaches to the EU are absolutely fruitless because:
1) The EU most probably does not care
2) Just leave it up to the Israeli Politicians (and BTW. mabey someone upstairs has a reason for putting all these ‘briliant’ ideas into the heads of the Zionist Israeli leaders)
