It’s quite obviously a cut-and-paste by YWN of a previous year, after all:

“1. On Shavuos Night one should wait for nightfall to daven Maariv.”

This year that’s quite obvious as well since it’s Motzei Shabbos…

Just a reminder that this year Shavuos is Moetzei Shabbos and therefore Yaknehaz applies. I’m not sure why that was left out. I assume the Rav was rushed to finish the article and forgot to mention that point.
