Sure, it’s ‘NORMAL’ to let a 7-year old ‘DISAPPEAR’ at times. What incredible idiocy and irresponsibility! I would lock up the molesting animal in solitary for 6 months, and that’s on a first offense. And I would fine the family a hefty sum and remove the child from their care for a month, also for a first offense alone. Maybe then this garbage would begin to dissipate.
