Raid Salah Calls Seeks To Ignite Muslims Against Israel Over Har Habayis

The UAE-based Al Khaleej newspaper publishes an interview with Sheikh Raed Salah, the leader of the outlawed Northern Branch of the Israel Islamic Movement.

It should be noted that the existence of the interview itself is interesting, following the almost surprising silence that Salah has maintained over the past two weeks, when his voice was heard only a few times in the heat of the violent events and incitement that followed the riots that the Palestinians led around Har Habayis.

Salah accused Israel of carrying out “an extensive campaign of incitement” which he states is being headed by settlers and senior Israeli officials, adding that he is not worried about these threats.

According to Salah regarding the words of incitement against him by Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman and Minister of Intelligence Yisrael Katz, “Their goal is one, to prepare the atmosphere in Israel for my disappearance by assassinating my life and doing whatever they like in everything related to the defense of Al-Aqsa.”

“The Muslim world must unite and intervene immediately before there is a major catastrophe in Al-Aqsa, during which an official religious war will be officially declared,” Salah warned.

“The range of Israel’s threats is indicative of a racist hysteria in which its leaders are against all those who seek to defend Al-Aqsa – I am not afraid of threats and I am not going to repeat my words, I will continue with the justice of my path.” Said, “The day after Raed Salah, thousands of Raed Salahs will stand up and raise the flag of the struggle.”
