Suffern Mayor Dagan Lacorte will be removed from the September 10th primary ballot for Rockland County Executive, YWN Monsey has learned. An Appeals Court reversed the NY Supreme Court decision allowing Dagan Lacorte onto the Democratic primary ballot.
Mr. Fried, one of Lacorte’s rivals, sought to invalidate some of the signatures collected to disqualify Mr. Lacorte from running in the Democratic primaries.
The Lacorte campaign will announce future plans by 5PM, sources tell YWN.
