Public Advocate and Mayoral Candidate Bill de Blasio attended the First Anniversary Chanukat Habayit Celebration of the new Council of Jewish Organizations (COJO) Flatbush community office, Sunday afternoon.

De Blasio was welcomed by Rabbi Avrohom Kahn, Director of Development at COJO of Flatbush. “Bill de Blasio has been one of the community’s greatest friends in government. In government, we need someone at the other end of the phone who will always pick up to help us with our needs, and I want to thank Bill for always being that person,” said Rabbi Kahn.
