Is the fake numbers on crimes based on not getting through 911 , police not responding so people don’t bother calling 911,
at the end they can say record low crime ,
my experience calling in on a very serious matter when the police came 50 fifty minutes later every thing was over every one gone people put themself in danger to solve the problem, of course no police report.
