The Ministry of Transportation on Thursday, 20 Cheshvan sent a directive to the providers of cellular telephone service in Israel. The ministry instructs the companies to improve the area of cellular coverage throughout Yehuda and Shomron as well as the quality of the reception and signal.
The ministry explains that for the residents of yishuvim and security forces serving in these areas, quality cellular telephone coverage is not just a matter of convenience but it may be a matter of saving a life.
