“Mark Levin” : “wings” as in right-wing and left-wing refer to which side of the French National Assembly one sat in the 18th century — which was before French Jews were allowed to vote. The use of the term breaks down in many areas when applied to Jews (is Satmar “right” or “left”)

Find it difficult to understand why the Vishnitz Rebbe addressed this issue,,,are his chassidim visiting? Does he want his chassidim to stop others from visiting? Is it a halachic shiur?
