Assemblyman Hikind Criticizes Mayor-Elect Bill de Blasio For Backing Obama Iran Deal

hikBrooklyn Assemblyman Dov Hikind criticized Wednesday evening Mayor-Elect Bill de Blasio for backing President Obama on the deal reached with Iran and for calling it ‘promising’ and positive.

“I just saw this story: ‘de Blasio backs Obama’s promising deal with Iran.‘ With all due respect, I disagree with our mayor-elect de Blasio that this is promising,” Mr. Hikind said during a radio segment, in which he commanded Senator Chuck Schumer for speaking out against the President. “I think everyone who’s making statements on this, should be very, very careful… Because I have very little doubt that this is nothing promising, nothing positive, that to trust Iran is to make a huge, huge mistake.”

  1. If they wish to kibbutz (the yiddish word indicating to talk about something that doesn’t affect them and is beyond their expertise), they should run for Congress. Both were “hired” by the voters to deal with local issues, not foreign policy.
