He’s explaining why common custom is to not wear tzitzis on them. Surely you don’t have a problem with an article justifying a lenient practice, do you?

One might also contemplate why we don’t wear tzitzis on shirts and jackets, which don’t seem to meet any of the aforementioned heterim, and the role of scarves on shabbos, which would seem to violate reason #3 in the article.

With all due respect, tzitzis on scarves has been a non-issue for years and years. Rabbis and religious people have been wearing them for years without a problem. Is this by any chance a new chumrah in the making?
