Raise their wages and also give them another paid holiday and than you can raise landing fees and airline tickets. I am not against raising their wages to $10 or $12 an hour but there is consequence; increase in airline fare; and I am not saying it is not justified. Airline fairs except go and come in the same week and booking at a short notice are ridiculously low. I check fairs and many flights the airport tax like between London and NYC is more money than the air line gets
