Only speaking for myself and what I see, this program is way overdue in Boro Park where observing stop signs and speed limits does not exist, not to mention the triple parking epidemic.

During the outbreak of the plague, why didn’t they outlaw the disease? The answer is that you can’t outlaw a problem. You can try to work on the many outside influences that affect the issue. For example, deal with what causes drivers to be stressed enough to want to escape the lights and traffic.

As long as we are human there will not be such a thing as eliminating ALL traffic deaths. People do stupid things, only Hashem is absolute. Good luck Bill, when your motorcade is caught on camera blatantly breaking the law 15 times you shouldn’t be talking about human error and accidents. What’s next , soda machines that alert you when they dispense more then 12 oz. of soda? Oh right , we tried that already.
