Berlin Bans Anti-Semitic Slogan At Gaza Protests

nnBerlin authorities say they’ve banned pro-Gaza protesters from chanting an anti-Semitic slogan and are investigating a sermon by a radical imam who called on Muslims to kill Jews.

Since the outbreak of violence between Israel and Gaza, participants at anti-Israel demonstrations across Germany have frequently used anti-Semitic slogans and also called for Jews to be gassed. Jewish groups have expressed shock and disgust about the growing anti-Semitism.

Police spokeswoman Cosima Pauluhn says protesters have been banned from using the rallying cry they’ve been using until now.

She adds that Jewish groups and several individuals have pressed charges against the sermon by a radical imam calling on worshipers at Berlin’s Al-Nur mosque last week to murder Jews. She says police are investigating the incident.

  1. The Nazis in Hitler ym”s times were also not the entire Germany, they were just one party. So Germany is still the same, the only difference is that currently the Nazi party (which is rapidly growing) is not the governing party.
