This shows the utter stupidity of the Republican Party. They are suing President Obama to get him to enforce a law that they oppose, and want to repeal. If they win it will dramatically increase the burden on the small businesses who are a critical part of the Republican base, and to whom the Obama administration has been responsive on this issue.
