I asked R’ Menachem Glick, my mashgiach in yeshiva (R’ Yehuda’s brother) and he said his mother’s name is ITA BREINA. No Rivka and Brenda is her english name. There is a story behind the mistaken names Rivka and Breinda but it’s a mistake.

Please check on the name. I believe it is Yehuda Yehoshua ben Rivka Ita Breindel.
