Together they are unlikely to have even 50 seats, and might be able to manage to Kulanu and Yesh Atid, but it would be tight.

2. Netanyahu isn’t about to share power with a Likud drop out (and former ex-princeling). And Likud can form a Right-Hareidi government and maybe spreading rumors about Labor in order to force Bayit Yehudi, Yachad, Kulanu and Yisrael Beiteinu to be less greedy in terms of patronage.

3. Both Labor and Likud will be greedy for patronage. Either would be more open to recruit Shas and Yahadut ha-Torah who can be bought with an end to criminal sanctions for draft resistance, rather than with patronage.
