Poll: PM Netanyahu Loses Significant Support


bibA TRI poll carried out for Nana 10 News shows a significant decline in support for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

Respondents were requested to select between Mr. Netanyahu or Labor party leader Yitzchak Herzog for prime minister.

While Netanyahu is still in the lead, he only scored 39% support as opposed to Herzog with 33%. The same poll a week earlier showed Mr. Netanyahu’s support at 49% and Herzog with 31%.

Do you believe Moshe Kahlon will succeed in dealing with the housing crisis?

30.3%: We believe in him

12.2%: We believe in former Finance Minister Yair Lapid

20%: We believe in Minister of the Economy Naftali Bennett

9.8%: We believe in Yitzchak Herzog

9%: We believe in Binyamin Netanyahu

1.9%: We believe in Avigdor Lieberman and his Yisrael Beitenu party

  1. If Netanyahu (Likud) loses but the gain is to Bennett or Lieberman or Kahlon, that doesn’t help the Labor party. What matters is seats in the Kenesset, not the popularity of the first person on the list.

  2. BIBI may lose voters’ support and confidence but he is gaining in the eyes of others who see him as “An Advocate for PEACE & SURVIVAL” for the Jews living in Israel.
