Most Israelis feel that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s decision to address the US Congress was a correct one. A poll commissioned by the daily Yisrael Hayom newspaper carried out by “New Wave” measures the public’s opinion as well as Netanyahu’s efforts as compared to the positions of US President Barak Obama and Israel opposition leader Yitzchak Herzog vis-à-vis the Iranian threat.

The poll was conducted on 12 and 13 Adar involving a random sampling of 500 adult Hebrew-speaking Israelis over the age of 18. The margin of error is +/- 4.4%.
